Hi, I'm Alex. A late-diagnosed ADHD woman, mentor, beauty expert, and founder of a CIC championing greater awareness for neurodiversity and SEND within education and business. All built around one quiet belief: We don't have to force ourselves into lives, or businesses, that were never built for us.
For 25+ years, I've worked across beauty, aesthetics, and education, quietly building mastery long before anyone called it that.
Now, I work in three considered ways.
Beauty & Aesthetics Teaching Resources.
Editable training manuals, teaching resources, and practical business frameworks for beauty and aesthetics professionals at every stage of growth.
From confident service delivery to retail success, and from training centre setup to compliance, every resource is designed to support sustainable business development, grounded in real-world industry experience.
For the therapists, educators, and business owners ready to build something real.
ADHD Mapped Framework
A 16-week signature programme for ADHD women in leadership and business.
Built around how your brain actually works, to help you grow autonomy, awareness, and a sustainable way of leading without losing yourself in the process.
For the women ready to stop performing "fine" and start leading from somewhere real.
You don't need another productivity course.
You need a framework that finally makes sense of how your brain actually works, and helps you build something sustainable around it.
That's what ADHD Mapped is.
Coaching for Neurodivergent Women & Creative Leaders
ADHD-informed coaching, business frameworks, and practical resources for creative and service-based business owners, designed to support sustainable, work-friendly ways of building.
This is support built around working with your brain, not against it.
Structure without rigidity. Clarity without burnout. A kinder way of building something that actually fits the way you think, work, and live.
For the women quietly capable of more, but tired of forcing themselves into systems that were never built for them.
